About Zachary
Zachary Carden is a Nashville native and family law attorney with eight years of experience representing clients across Middle Tennessee. A longtime member of the Nashville community, Zach brings a deep understanding of the region's courts and the families he serves.
Zach has practiced in the circuit, general sessions, and juvenile courts of Davidson, Rutherford, Wilson, Sumner, Williamson, Montgomery, and Bedford Counties. Zach earned both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from Tennessee State University, where he developed a strong foundation in Tennessee law and a commitment to serving his home state. He founded Carden Family Law to provide Middle Tennessee families with the focused, compassionate legal representation they deserve.
Outside the office, Zach is a devoted husband and father to his wife and daughter. He is an avid guitar player, a coffee enthusiast, and someone who finds his greatest fulfillment in time spent with family — values that inform the care and dedication he brings to every client he represents.
